We select the best mandarines in their optimum point of sugar and aroma in Valencia and Murcia, with them we obtain a juice from which we remove the pips and fibers characteristic of this citrus fruit. We include a part of the skin of these mandarins to reinforce their flavor and add the benefits of their essential oils.

1 KG FORMAT: Mandarin juice (95%) and sugar (5%).
FORMAT 5 KG: Tangerine Juice (100%).

Suitable for ice cream, sorbets, pastry, confectionery, cooking, as well as for use in the production of craft beers. Ideal for the preparation of cocktails.

Color: typical of mandarin orange.
Smell: Characteristic of this fruit, fresh.
Flavor: typical of tangerine, a mixture of acid and sweet.
Texture/consistency: smooth creamy and homogeneous texture.

Storage Conditions

The proven shelf life of our product is 42 months when kept in its original packaging and stored frozen at -20ºC. It is important to note that once thawed, the product should never be refrozen to ensure its quality and food safety.
It is important to remember that the product should be thawed under refrigeration (2 to 5ºC) and kept at this temperature until fully consumed. It is recommended to be consumed within a maximum of 4 to 5 days to preserve its organoleptic properties and ensure its freshness.
