We have found a Yuzu grown in Valencia with plants originating in Japan. We obtain a product of exceptional quality. As made in Japan, but with all the characteristics of this particular citrus fruit that was originally cultivated only in Japan or Korea. It surprises for its great aroma and curious acid point.

Tips for Use

Suitable for ice cream, sorbets, pastry, confectionery, cooking, as well as for use in the production of craft beers. Ideal for use in cocktails.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Color: typical of lemon, light yellow.
Smell: Characteristic of this fruit, very powerful citrus aroma.
Flavor: typical of yuzu, acidic but not excessively, with a certain sweetness.
Consistency: smooth, creamy and homogeneous texture.

Storage Conditions

The proven shelf life of our product is 42 months when kept in its original packaging and stored frozen at -20ºC. Once thawed, the product should never be refrozen to ensure its quality and food safety.
It is important to remember that the product should be thawed under refrigeration (2 to 5ºC) and kept at this temperature until fully consumed. It is recommended to be consumed within a maximum of 4 to 5 days to preserve its organoleptic properties and ensure its freshness.
