CHERRY PUREE

In our selection we choose for Spanish cherries from the regions of Aragon and the Jerte Valley, carefully selected to create a highly aromatic, naturally sweet cherry puree with its characteristic purple color. We work and select fruits at their optimum ripening point, so it is not necessary to add sugar due to their high natural sugar content (brix degree).
