Thanks to its 24%/28% fat content, we achieve a puree with an intense aroma, an intense and long-lasting flavor, and an impeccable glacier white color. We have two formulas available: one with zest to add texture and one without zest, ideal for use in ice cream parlor or kitchen siphons. In both cases, no artificial flavorings are added.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Storage Conditions

Tested shelf life: 42 months, kept in original packaging and stored frozen at -20ºC.
If thawed, it should never be refrozen.
Thawing should be done under refrigeration (2 to 5ºC) and kept at this temperature until thawing.
