Tips for Use

It can be used in the most original salads, added to desserts and even in cocktails or gin and tonics.
It is often used in the preparation of homemade compotes or jellies that are served as an accompaniment to roasted meats, preferably poultry.

Storage Conditions

Proven shelf life: 42 months, kept in original packaging and stored frozen at -20ºC.
If thawed, it should never be refrozen.
It should be thawed under refrigeration (2 to 5ºC) and kept at this temperature until its
total consumption, recommended in a maximum of 48 hours, preserving its organoleptic properties.
