APRICOT PUREE

In our process of creating this puree we carefully select the best Spanish apricots at their optimum ripeness. The result is an exceptionally aromatic, sweet puree with that characteristic vibrant yellow color. We use a special sieving to eliminate all fibers and skins, guaranteeing purity and quality in its final elaborations.

Texture/consistency: smooth creamy and homogeneous texture.

Storage Conditions

Proven shelf life: 30 months, kept in original packaging and stored frozen at -20ºC.
If thawed, it should never be refrozen.
Thawing should be done under refrigeration (2 to 5ºC) and kept at this temperature until thawing.
