We select the best Golden apples at the optimum moment of ripening with their characteristic yellow color. We peel them, slice them and freeze them in strips so that you can use them directly frozen to make cakes, puff pastries and sponge cakes.

Storage Conditions

Proven shelf life: 30 months, kept in original packaging and stored frozen at -20ºC.
If thawed, it should never be refrozen.
Thawing should be done under refrigeration (2 to 5ºC) and kept at this temperature until thawing.
