They are presented in slices obtained from the original fruit in frozen state (by IQF ultra-freezing).

Ideal for game dishes, meat or poultry, stews, desserts or cakes. Recommended for poultry stuffing.

Texture/consistency: soft and tender texture to the bite, very pleasant and especially juicy.

Storage Conditions

Proven shelf life: 42 months, kept in original packaging and stored frozen at -20ºC.
If thawed, it should never be refrozen.
It should be thawed under refrigeration (2 to 5ºC) and kept at this temperature until its
total consumption, recommended in a maximum of 48 hours, preserving its organoleptic properties.
