Serve 80 gr. of the coconut rice pudding on a plate.

Rice pudding is the star dessert after a big meal. Always made with good cow’s milk, we make a vegan version for the most demanding customer.
Rice with Coconut Milk
1.Bring the unshredded coconut pulp and cream to a boil along with
the aromas.
2.Stir in the rice and cook. After 15 minutes remove the aromatic
and continue cooking the rice over low heat for 15
minutes more.
3. Add the butter and continue cooking over low heat for 15 to 20
minutes more. (we can go up to 30 minutes more like the
asturiano).
4.Add the sugar and let it melt.
5.Stretch in a tray with cling film. Chill.
Orange and orange blossom granita
1.Heat a small part of the juice to dissolve the gelatin and the
sugar.
2.Add the rest of the juice and the orange blossom water and freeze.
3.Grate and reserve in freezer.
