Mix ingredients and use.
PASTRY
Laminated puff pastry c/s. Stretch the puff pastry to 4mm.
Cool.
Cut into rectangles in the desired size.
Make some edges glued with water.
Prick the whole.
Paint with baking paint.
Bake: 180ºC 12 minutesFRUIT STRIP ASSEMBLY
Stretch a light layer of hazelnut cream over the baked puff pastry.
Place the sliced apples in Frotz strips on top. Add a little brown sugar and butter on top.
Paint with pastry brush.
Bake 180ºC 25 minutes.
