(“Arotz”) informs you that your personal data (the “Data”) that you provide us with and those that you may provide us with at any time, will be incorporated into a personal data file owned by Arotz.
For this purpose, Arotz informs you of the following information:

2. PURPOSE.
The purpose of the processing of your personal data is to provide you with the information you may request about Arotz, its activities and products and to provide you with the services that, as a supplier or client, you may contract from us.
In this sense, we inform you that your data will not be processed in a way that is incompatible with the purposes expressed.

3. TERM.
Arotz will process your Data for the period of time that is necessary for the correct development of the purpose for which they were provided.
Beyond the aforementioned period, Arotz may keep your data blocked for the period that is necessary to guarantee your legitimate right to formulate, exercise and/or defend claims of any nature, in which case it will adopt the appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the due protection of the Data.

4. LEGITIMACY.
The legal basis for the processing of your Data is the set of all the rules applicable to the relationship that Arotz establishes with you.

5. TARGETS.-
We inform you that your Data may be communicated to the Spanish subsidiaries of the Ebro Foods Group and to third parties when necessary to comply with the legal and/or contractual obligations that may arise from the eventual relationship that may arise with you.

6. RIGHTS.
We inform you that in relation to the processing of your Data you are legally entitled to the following Rights:
Right of access to your Data;
Right to rectify inaccurate Data concerning you;
Right to delete your Data;
Right to limit the processing;
Right to the portability of your Data;
Right to oppose the processing of your Data; and
 Right to file a complaint before the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the competent supervisory authority in Spain.

As the owner of the Data, you may exercise your Rights in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force and in the terms and fulfilling the requirements established by the same.
To exercise your Rights of access, rectification, suppression, limitation, portability and opposition before Arotz, you must prove your identity and make your request in writing, which may be sent to Arotz by mail or courier service to Ctra. Sagunto – Burgos, Km 399, C.P. 42149 Navaleno (Soria), stating on the envelope “Protection of personal data”, or by email to the email address frotz@frotzfruits.com
We also inform you that once you have exercised your rights of deletion, limitation and opposition, Arotz may continue to retain your data in the cases provided by law.

7. PERSONAL DATA OF THIRD PARTIES
In the event that the personal data provided by you belong to a third party, you warrant that (i) has informed such third party of this Privacy Policy; (ii) has obtained from such third party its authorization to provide its data to Arotz for the purpose referred to in paragraph 2; and (iii) the data of the third party provided are accurate and up to date, being responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that could be caused as a consequence of the provision to Arotz of the data of the third party.
