{"id":22194,"date":"2025-10-30T09:47:08","date_gmt":"2025-10-30T08:47:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.frotzfruits.com\/receta\/halloween-dessert-mini-mummy-cakes-with-raspberry-puree\/"},"modified":"2025-12-15T17:21:20","modified_gmt":"2025-12-15T16:21:20","slug":"halloween-dessert-mini-mummy-cakes-with-raspberry-puree","status":"publish","type":"recipes","link":"https:\/\/www.frotzfruits.com\/en\/recipe\/halloween-dessert-mini-mummy-cakes-with-raspberry-puree\/","title":{"rendered":"Halloween Dessert: Mini &#8220;mummy&#8221; cakes with raspberry puree"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>For 10-12 units<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 rectangular puff pastry sheets (refrigerated or frozen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.frotzfruits.com\/en\/product\/raspberry-puree\/\">Frotz Fruits raspberry puree<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon sugar (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 egg yolk (for brushing)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brown or white sugar for dusting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edible sugar eyes (ready-to-use or made with fondant)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prepared by<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prepare the filling<\/strong><br\/>Heat the <strong>raspberry puree<\/strong> with the sugar. If you want a thicker texture, add the cornstarch dissolved in a tablespoon of cold water and stir until thickened. Let cool completely.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cut and assemble the bases<\/strong><br\/>Cut one of the puff pastry sheets into equal rectangles (approx. 6 \u00d7 10 cm). Place a spoonful of raspberry puree in the center of each rectangle, leaving a margin around the edges. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Form the mummy bandages<\/strong><br\/>Cut the second sheet of puff pastry into thin strips (0.5-1 cm) and place them over the filling at an angle, crosswise, leaving a small opening at the top to place the eyes. Do not completely cover the filling. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seal and paint<\/strong><br\/>Press the edges to seal well.
